Spring 1 2023

The children were very excited to blow balloons up using vinegar with bicarbonate of soda and water with yeast.

Spanish cooking and Science experiment , with homemade bread one with sugar one without, the children liked comparing the two.

For science and cooking this week, we cooked eggs in 6 different ways, cakes using the same equipment and cooking time, with the only variable being one batch had vinegar the other did not. The children enjoyed predicting outcomes and as usual tasting what they made.

Science, reversible and irreversible the children loved eating the jelly afterwards.

This weeks cooking was Spanish tasting spaghetti
